We submitted two applications for this property near Clapham Common in Wandsworth – one for full planning permission and one for a permitted development application. Both were granted. The client then wanted to knock down the whole house but retain the façade so we submitted a further application for this proposal, following a positive pre-application submission.

Granted planning permission without any amendments.

Successful Application – Erection of detached house following demolition of garage in Wandsworth

We submitted an application on behalf of the client for the demolition of existing garage and erection of a single storey (plus basement and attic accommodation) 3-bedroom detached house with rear lightwell and associated cycle and refuse storage).

The proposal was found to be in accordance with all relevant policies.

We assisted the architect by drafting a covering letter to support a planning application for the demolition of an existing garage and erection of a single-storey (plus basement and attic accommodation) 3-bedroom detached house with associated cycle and refuse storage. We provided full justification as to why the application should be approved. Full planning permission granted within 8 weeks.

Planning permission granted for extensions to dwelling in Wandsworth

I was instructed to assist the architect in advising how best this property could be extended.  I submitted a planning statement to support the application within a Conservation Area for the Erection of a first floor rear extension and replacement dormer to main rear roof. Erection of a single-storey rear/side extension and excavation to enlarge the basement with formation of a rear lightwell with access stairs.
