I was approached when the new owners of this site had planning permission refused for the use of an outbuilding as a granny annex/office. I successfully submitted an appeal which argued that there would be no harm from the building or its use.
West Berks refused planning permission for the erection of a dormer extension to a bungalow in an area where there were other large dormers. I wrote the planning statement and was successful in gaining planning permission for the owners of the property.
Submitted a planning statement to support a pre-application submission for the development of a small plot of land within the heart of an existing village within an AONB within West Berkshire Council. The response was not favourable to developing anything on the land. Whilst disappointing, the client wanted to test whether any development would be feasible.
