I drafted the planning statement, advised the client and submitted a planning application for a new 2 bedroom dwelling in Southfields. Granted planning permission within 8 weeks.   

I was instructed to assist the architect in advising how best this property could be extended.  I submitted a planning statement to support the application within a Conservation Area for the Erection of a first floor rear extension and replacement dormer to main rear roof. Erection of a single-storey rear/side extension and excavation to enlarge the basement with formation of a rear lightwell with access stairs.
