Non-Material Amendment

We submitted an application on behalf of the client for a non-material amendment to the description of development granted planning permission.

The amendment was approved by the LPA.

We successfully achieved a non-material amendment to a previous application to remove the wording “Retention of part of building for residential annexe use in connection with Blacknest House” from the description of development.

The LPA approved the specified amendment.
