We were approached by the client to submit an application for the erection of a three storey building plus basement including a front lightwell to provide six residential units (1×3 bedroom, 2×2 bedroom and 3xStudios), together with provision of cycle stores, refuse/recycling storages and private gardens. We provided a number of supporting documents including an Energy Performance Certificate and a Secured by Design Report. The site is located in Norwood.

I was approached following approval for 5 flats on the site. However, the addition of a further flat required a fresh application with a number of supporting documents including sunlight/daylight, highways issues and negotiation on financial contributions for affordable housing. Cameron Jones recently supported us with our planning application after our first was refused. Fiona submitted a 20 page document including our revised plans, photos and detailed information around the planning policies.
