Appeal Win – Conversion of Grade II property from flats to single dwelling

After a protracted planning process, the Planning Inspectorate agreed with our case and allowed our appeal. Planning permission with listed building consent was granted for the return of a Grade II listed Georgian building from flats into one single family dwelling house. The refurbishment included the removal of out of character items and replacing with original/Georgian style items, fenestration, and the installation of solar panels.  The Inspector concluded that the benefits of the proposal would outweigh the loss of housing stock.

Appeal and planning application for extensions to dwellinghouse in Kingston

Cameron Jones Planning was instructed to write an appeal statement following refusal of permission for a two storey front extension. Whilst the appeal was dismissed, the issues were minor and we successfully applied for planning permission for a revised design which was granted permission within the 8 week deadline.
