Public Inquiry

I was intructed to act for Bracknell Forest Council as their expert witness at a 3 day public inquiry against 81 houses in Bracknell.

I liaised with the barrister, drafted a proof of evidence and gave evidence at the inquiry.

It was a committee overturn and the Inspector agreed with the appellants and allowed the appeal
