We were instructed to advise and prepare the supporting planning statement for extensive extensions to a detached dwelling in East Sheen. Plus the submission of a Certificate of Lawfulness for an outbuilding. All approved within 8 weeks.

We submitted an application for the improvement and maintenance of a section of inland waterway in South Twickenham. No amendments were required and development was permitted.

Planning permission was approved for the replacement of dormer roof extension, replacement windows, 2no. conservation style rooflights, erection of front balcony, replacement of roof tiles with handmade clay tiles and single storey rear extension in Richmond. The site is within a Conservation Area and Flood zone.

We submitted an application on behalf of the client for a single storey side and rear extension + redevelopment of existing garage and porch in Twickenham. A Fire Safety Statement was also submitted in support of the application.

The Officer recommended the proposal for approval and permission was duly granted.
