We were approached by the client to submit an application for a rear dormer roof extension, single-storey side/rear extension, raising height of rear outrigger and replacement windows to rear. The site is in Richmond and is within a Conservation Area.

Following recommendation for approval by the Officer, permission was granted within eight weeks.

We were instructed to advise and prepare the supporting planning statement for extensive extensions to a detached dwelling in East Sheen. Plus the submission of a Certificate of Lawfulness for an outbuilding. All approved within 8 weeks.

We submitted an application for the improvement and maintenance of a section of inland waterway in South Twickenham. No amendments were required and development was permitted.

We submitted an application on behalf of the client for the extension of existing 2 storey outrigger and associated rear fenestration alterations. In support of the application, we provided a Planning and Heritage Statement as well as a Fire Safety Statement.
