We submitted an application for extensive works to a locally listed building in a conservation area. Whilst the first application was refused, the second application addressed all the concerns and was approved.

We submitted a pre-application submission for a large number of extensions and amendments to the dwelling in the Christchurch Road Conservation Area in East Sheen. We then submitted the planning application which was approved within 8 weeks.

The property is located within Conservation Area (CA37 High Street, Teddington), is designated as a building of Townscape Merit (BTM) and an Article 4 Direction has been served that restricts basement extension.

Amendments were requested to remove the two-storey element of the proposal, The drawings were revised before submission.
