We submitted an application on behalf of the client for the erection of a rear dormer roof extension with 2 x front roof lights, single storey side to rear extension and single storey side infill extension with 3 x roof lights and 1 x roof light on existing flat roof rear extension.

The property is located within Conservation Area (CA37 High Street, Teddington), is designated as a building of Townscape Merit (BTM) and an Article 4 Direction has been served that restricts basement extension.

Amendments were requested to remove the two-storey element of the proposal, The drawings were revised before submission.
