Fiona helped us to get full approval for plans to carry out an extensive refurb of our conservation-area property, which included front, rear and side extensions. We appointed Fiona on the recommendation of our architect, after we received advice at pre-planning stage that permission would not be granted on a number of grounds. Fiona provided extremely efficient support, advising us (time poor and completely new to the planning process) on the risks and merits of different approaches to our appeal - low versus higher risk design options. She drafted a compelling appeal statement, that successfully addressed all grounds for refusal at pre-planning and planning stages. Thank you Fiona!

Cameron Jones Planning were very responsive, professional and value for money. Fiona and Kevin Jones worked seamlessly together, covering for each other as necessary. They took time to understand our wishes and sought proactive solutions where others had defaulted to easier, and unsuccessful, approaches. We would highly recommend Fiona and her team. We were apprehensive as to where to start with our particular planning problem but from the beginning Fiona offered us straight forward easy to follow advice. The fee that was discussed at the beginning was clear and transparent so we knew at each stage what the cost was going to be. Fiona at Cameron Jones Planning was excellent. We had a really tricky case - an old building, a non designated heritage asset- she worked skilfully and efficiently with the council and through an appeals process. She was so clear with us so we knew what was going on all the time. We truly felt in capable (and the best) hands. Cameron Jones recently supported us with our planning application after our first was refused. Fiona submitted a 20 page document including our revised plans, photos and detailed information around the planning policies. Throughout the process Fiona was in correspondence with the planning department and us, guiding and advising where necessary. Our plans have now been granted but we feel Cameron Jones knowledge and expertise in their business helped immensely to the plans being permitted.
