Planning Application

We submitted a planning application for the conversion of a building from 4 flats to 2 flats and a two storey side and rear extension. The Council refused the application but the Inspector agreed that there was no harm to the conservation area or the locally listed building (BTM – Building of Townscape Merit).

We were approached by the client to prepare and submit an application for the demolition of existing rear extension and part single storey, part 2 storey rear extension and existing integral garage conversion to habitable space. In support of the application we provided a Fire Safety Statement.

Success – Permission granted

Permission had already been refused so I was asked to advise on how to amend the scheme to gain permission. I submitted a fresh application and the application was granted planning permission..

We submitted an application for a client in Twickenham. In support of the application, we provided a Fire Safety Statement and a Heritage Statement.

Success – Permission granted

We submitted an application on behalf of the client for a hip to gable rear dormer roof extension, installation of two rooflights on front slope, and insertion of one flank window at roof level. In support of the application, we also submitted a Fire Safety Statement.

The site is located in Teddington.

Rebuild behind façade – rear dormer roof extension, single-storey side/rear extension, raising height of rear outrigger and replacement windows to rear.

We submitted an application for extensive works to a locally listed building in a conservation area. Whilst the first application was refused, the second application addressed all the concerns and was approved.
