Planning permission granted at Committee for an outbuilding in Ascot

We submitted an application for an outbuilding to be used as an annexe, ancillary to the main house.  The neighbours raised much objection to this and the application was reported within the local Ascot News. However, it was reported to Planning Committee and approved subject to a legal agreement to ensure it remains ancillary to the house.

2 storey side extension approved to a BTM in a conservation area in Twickenham

Following negative feedback from the planning department, I advised how best to gain permission. I submitted an application for a two-storey side extension, enlargement of the existing basement, re-modelled roofscape to rear, part enclose rear glazed covered porch and new fenestration. This was approved under delegated powers. ​

Planning permission granted for extensions to dwelling in Wandsworth

I was instructed to assist the architect in advising how best this property could be extended.  I submitted a planning statement to support the application within a Conservation Area for the Erection of a first floor rear extension and replacement dormer to main rear roof. Erection of a single-storey rear/side extension and excavation to enlarge the basement with formation of a rear lightwell with access stairs.

Single storey rear extension approved in Teddington

I was involved with advising the architect with the overall design and submitted the application with a planning statement to justify its approval.  The planning officer stated that they would refuse it as it was contrary to the house guidelines. However, I successfully convinced them that there would be no harm to the neighbours and the application was approved.

Planning application for Halfway House at Berkshire Golf Club, granted planning permission

We submitted a planning application for the erection of a toilet block with shelter and associated septic tank following the demolition of existing toilet block within the extensive grounds of the Golf Club. 

The application was supported with a Tree Survey and granted planning permission within 8 weeks.

Objection letter written against the change of use/conversion and extension of existing mixed use office/residential building to provide 9 self contained flats in Sunninghill
