Planning Application

We submitted an application on behalf of the client for the erection of a rear dormer roof extension with 2 x front roof lights, single storey side to rear extension and single storey side infill extension with 3 x roof lights and 1 x roof light on existing flat roof rear extension.

The property is located within Conservation Area (CA37 High Street, Teddington), is designated as a building of Townscape Merit (BTM) and an Article 4 Direction has been served that restricts basement extension.

Amendments were requested to remove the two-storey element of the proposal, The drawings were revised before submission.

Success – Permission granted

The clients previously had a dormer application refused. We managed a revised application for the raising of the ridge, hip to gable and dormer roof extensions. After much liaison with the council’s planning team, permission was granted for the client’s preferred scheme.

We were approached by the client to submit an application for a rear dormer roof extension in Twickenham.

The application was initially refused, however, once amendments were made to the roof heights, permission was subsequently granted.

Successful application for a rear roof dormer extension to a terraced building of townscape merit (BTM) located within the Teddington High Street Conservation Area. A previous application was unsuccessful so it was great that we managed to turn this around for our client.

Success – Permission Granted

Full application for change of use to provide a retail unit,, separately accessed office in the basement and the replacement of a former tyre-fitting garage and parking area with a building comprising two residential units.

Due for decision in April.
