We submitted a fire safety statement together with an application for the change of use from B8 (storage and distribution) to C3 (residential) and erection of an additional floor. The proposal also consisted of a two storey rear extension and single storey side extension to provide 6 self contained residential units with balconies and roof terrace, including parking spaces to front and rear, cycle and refuse storage, new pedestrian access and alterations to boundary treatments in Sutton, London.

Success – Permission granted without appeal.
