Erection of a two storey rear extension to this riverside fronting dwelling, with the addition of a dummy pitch roof to the existing flat roof.

The Council agreed with our reasoning that the proposed additions to the dwelling would be subservient and represent a significant design improvement upon what could be built under permitted development. The development would not result in any harm that would justify refusal in the public interest.
