We submitted an application on behalf of the client for a change of use scheme.

The scheme: Change of use from B8 (storage and distribution) to C3 (residential) and erection of an additional floor, a two storey rear extension and single storey side extension to provide 6 self contained residential units with balconies and roof terrace, including parking spaces to front and rear, cycle and refuse storage, new pedestrian access and alterations to boundary treatments.

In support of the application we submitted a Planning Statement and a Fire Safety Statement.

Planning permission was approved for the replacement of dormer roof extension, replacement windows, 2no. conservation style rooflights, erection of front balcony, replacement of roof tiles with handmade clay tiles and single storey rear extension in Richmond. The site is within a Conservation Area and Flood zone.

Successful Application – Side extension in Maidenhead

We were approached by the client to submit an application for a single storey side link extension, x2 front rooflights and x1 rear dormer.

It was confirmed in the Officer report that there would be no significant harm caused to the immediate neighbouring properties in terms of loss of privacy, outlook, daylight, sunlight or otherwise.
