We submitted an application on behalf of the client for new tiles, new insulation between the rafters, replacement dormer structure with new lead flashing covering and new rooflights to a locally listed building in South Richmond. In support of the application, we submitted a Fire Safety Statement and a Heritage Statement.

Certificate of Lawfulness granted for a two storey dwelling in Isleworth

We were approached by the client to provide supporting evidence that the property had continuously been used for over four years (since 2015) and therefore was a lawful use as four self-contained residential units (Use class C3). The dwelling contains a single storey rear extension and a loft conversion.

Successful Application – The change of use of a Building of Town Merit ground floor to create mixed Class E and Class C uses

We were contacted by the client to submit an application for the change of use of locally listed ground floor to create mixed Class E and C3 uses to provide a retail unit at ground floor, a separately accessed office in the basement and the replacement of the former tyre fitting bay and parking area with a building comprising two residential units in East Sheen. We supported the application with a planning statement, an affordable housing statement and a fire statement.

Successful Application – Erection of side and rear extension to existing shop and flat following demolition of existing extension in Ascot

We submitted an application on behalf of the client for erection of two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to enlarge the existing shop and flat following the demolition of the existing side and rear extensions.

The LPA found the proposal to be in accordance with all relevant policies.

Planning approved for the erection of terrace dwellings and the change of use of the upper floor

We submitted an application for the demolition of existing warehouses and the erection of seven terrace dwellings along with the change of use of the upper floor to provide one self-contained unit (C3 use).

After the plans were initially amended, we received full planning permission.

Permission granted for side and rear roof extension + replacement of windows in Conservation Area

We were approached by the client to submit an application for a rear dormer roof extension, single-storey side/rear extension, raising height of rear outrigger and replacement windows to rear. The site is in Richmond and is within a Conservation Area.

Following recommendation for approval by the Officer, permission was granted within eight weeks.
