Successful Appeal – Extension in Conservation Area

We successfully appealed an application for a first floor side extension over existing balcony in Taplow, Buckinghamshire.

The application was initially refused on the grounds of character and appearance on the host property and due to the fact it is in a Conservation Area.

We appealed the decision where the Officer concluded the extension would be in keeping with the host property given the materials were the same and would be of no harm to the Conservation Area.

Success – Permission granted
